International Graphic Supplies (IGS),

a leading UK-based provider of digital print and finishing equipment, has announced the upcoming installation of three new JWEI Titanium 2516 digital cutting systems—a clear sign of rising demand for high-performance print machinery across the UK.

All three Titanium 2516 cutters, each equipped with a high-powered router, are scheduled for installation in July as part of IGS’s commitment to supporting the growth and efficiency of its commercial printing clients.

The first of the installations will take place at Full Spectrum, a commercial print specialist located in Basildon. This follows the company’s recent investment in the Ricoh Platinum 1325 Gen 6 UV flatbed printer, also supplied by IGS, underlining their trust in IGS’s end-to-end printing solutions.

Printed.com, a major online printing platform, will receive its second JWEI Titanium cutter from IGS. With over four years of experience using the Titanium series, Printed.com has once again chosen IGS to boost production capabilities and meet increasing customer demand.

The third cutting system is destined for a large corporate print department in the South West, helping them scale internal production as their operation continues to grow.

Peter Flynn, Managing Director at IGS, commented:
“We’re experiencing a significant surge in installations and orders, which reflects a strong market appetite for premium digital cutting systems and production printers. July continues a trend of high activity and customer investment in reliable, high-speed print technology.”

Last month, IGS also completed several high-profile installations, including:

  • A Titanium 330-R label cutter and Cobalt SP800 single-pass printer at Bluetree Group in Rotherham

  • A Titanium 2516 at Colour Banners in Fleetwood

  • A fully automated Titanium 0912 B1 digital cutter at Zenith Print and Packaging in Pontypool

Looking ahead, IGS is preparing for a major presence at The Print Show at the NEC, where it will exhibit alongside its UK distribution partner, Digital Printing Systems (DPS). Visitors to stand P362 will have the chance to see live demonstrations of the Cobalt SP800 single-pass printer, a game-changing solution for businesses aiming to maximise productivity and reduce turnaround times.

As a trusted supplier of UV flatbed printers, digital die cutters, label printers, and CTP systems, IGS serves both UK-based clients and international partners, delivering reliable, scalable solutions to meet a wide variety of commercial print needs.
