Full Spectrum Accelerates Wide Format and Packaging Growth with Dual Investment from IGS Digital
IGS Digital has supported award-winning Basildon-based printer Full Spectrum with a significant dual equipment investment, reinforcing the company’s expansion into wide format and packaging production.
The investment includes the Platinum 1325 UV Flatbed Printer and the Titanium 2516 Conveyor Digital CAD Cutting Table, providing Full Spectrum with a fully integrated, end-to-end solution for producing high-quality, complex wide format and packaging applications.
Serving a prestigious client base that includes luxury travel brands, hotels, fashion and lifestyle companies, publishers, and high-end retailers, Full Spectrum identified packaging and wide format as key strategic growth areas for 2026. The addition of IGS Digital’s printing and finishing technologies enables the business to bring these capabilities fully in-house.
Full Spectrum was introduced to the IGS Digital portfolio through its long-standing relationship with Managed Technology, a leading UK technology solutions provider specialising in industrial production print. A site visit to an existing IGS Digital customer, arranged by Managed Technology, played a crucial role in validating the combined performance of the Platinum printer and Titanium cutter in a live production environment.
Strategic Growth for 2026

The Platinum 1325 UV printer, featuring Ricoh Gen 6 printheads, delivers high-quality direct-to-substrate printing across a wide range of materials, making it ideal for packaging and wide format applications. Its output feeds seamlessly into the Titanium 2516, which now serves as Full Spectrum’s primary finishing solution.
Advanced Finishing Capability
With a 2.5m x 1.6m cutting bed and conveyor belt system, the Titanium 2516 offers exceptional versatility. The system is equipped with a comprehensive toolset, including:
- Router for rigid materials such as Dibond and acrylic
- Drag knife and creasing wheels for rapid packaging prototyping
- Oscillating knife for heavier substrates including corrugated board and Foamex
- Kiss-cutting tool for labels and stickers
