IGS Powers Up Installations Nationwide

International Graphic Supplies (IGS), a leading machinery supplier based in Monmouthshire, has taken delivery of three brand-new JWEI Titanium 2516 cutting systems with integrated routing capability. These advanced cutters are already earmarked for installation at customer sites across the UK this month—strengthening IGS’s commitment to enhancing production workflows nationwide.

The first of the trio is heading to Full Spectrum in Basildon. This marks another key investment for the business, following their recent installation of an IGS Platinum 1325 Ricoh Gen 6 UV Flatbed Printer. Together, the two machines significantly boost their print finishing capabilities.

The second Titanium 2516 is set to be installed at Printed.com, a long-standing IGS client and seasoned Titanium user. Having relied on the Titanium range for over four years, this latest addition will deliver much-needed additional capacity as they continue to scale their operations.

The third unit will support a major corporate client in the Southwest, enhancing their in-house production capabilities as demand continues to grow.

“It’s been an incredibly busy and rewarding period at IGS,” says Peter Flynn, Managing Director at IGS. “We’ve just completed a series of key installations, including a Titanium 330-R Label Cutter and a Cobalt SP800 Single Pass Printer at Bluetree Group in Rotherham, a Titanium 2516 at Colour Banners in Fleetwood, and a fully automatic Titanium 0912 B1 cutter at Zenith Print and Packaging in Pontypool. All of these clients are valued long-term Titanium users.”

IGS’s international presence also continues to expand, with four refurbished CtP systems recently shipped to global distribution partners.

Looking ahead, the team is gearing up for The Print Show at the NEC this September, where they’ll be showcasing the Cobalt SP800 Single Pass Printer on stand P362 alongside UK distribution partner Digital Printing Systems UK Ltd.

“We’re excited to demonstrate the capabilities of the Cobalt SP800 live at the show. It’s a great opportunity to connect with customers and show them what’s possible with the latest digital print technology,” adds Flynn.
