Printed.com Expands Digital Label Production with the Titanium 330 R
Printed.com has strengthened its growing labels and stickers division with the installation of a new Titanium 330 R Digital Label Cutter and Konica Minolta AccurioLabel 230, supplied by IGS Digital.
Leading UK online print specialist Printed.com, based in Cramlington, continues to invest in advanced digital print technology with the installation of a Titanium 330 R Digital Label Cutter and a Konica Minolta AccurioLabel 230 Label Press.
Supplied and installed by IGS Digital, the new production line strengthens Printed.com’s growing label and sticker department while enhancing productivity, flexibility, and turnaround times for short-run digital label production.
Titanium 330 R Digital Label Cutter Increases Production Efficiency
Designed for high-productivity label environments, the Titanium 330 R combines multiple finishing processes into a single automated workflow. The system performs cold lamination, digital die-cutting, waste stripping, precision slitting, and roll finishing all in one pass.
Equipped with nine cutting blades operating simultaneously, the Titanium 330 R delivers up to 35% faster production speeds compared to previous-generation systems, helping print businesses reduce bottlenecks while maintaining exceptional finishing accuracy.
Integrated slitting knives also convert wide-web rolls into multiple finished label rolls ready for immediate dispatch, streamlining the entire digital label finishing process.
Fully Digital Label Production with the AccurioLabel 230
Paired with the Konica Minolta AccurioLabel 230, the Titanium 330 R allows Printed.com to produce high-quality kiss-cut labels without the delays and costs associated with traditional die-making.
This fully digital workflow enables faster turnaround times, cost-effective short-run label production, variable data printing, and on-demand custom labels while significantly reducing setup waste and operational friction.
Proven Titanium Technology at Printed.com
The Titanium 330 R installation builds on Printed.com’s existing investment in Titanium technology. The company already operates two Titanium 2516 large-format flatbed cutters within its wide-format print and packaging workflows.
The successful integration of the new label finishing system further strengthens the long-standing partnership between Printed.com and IGS Digital.
“We are delighted to support Printed.com once again as they expand their production capabilities. Having seen the success achieved with their existing Titanium flatbed cutters, integrating the Titanium 330 R into their new label department was a natural next step.”
— Peter Flynn, Managing Director, IGS Digital
“The short-run label market is incredibly vibrant right now, and the addition of the AccurioLabel 230 and the Titanium 330 R ensures we can deliver the precision, quality, and flexibility that today’s market demands.”
— David Duncan, Production Director, Printed.com
