At International Graphic Supplies (IGS), we love seeing our technology transform customer workflows—and The Stickershop is a perfect example of that.
Based in Bristol, The Stickershop specialises in Web-to-Print self-adhesive labels and short-run packaging. Over the years, they’ve steadily built up their cutting and finishing capabilities with IGS solutions, and now, with their third Titanium cutter, they’ve completed a fully automated digital production line.
A Fully Automated Finishing Line
The latest addition is the Titanium 0806 flatbed cutter, installed in August. Compact yet powerful, this B2-size cutter automates the entire finishing process—from sheet feeding to stacking—with no operator needed. It’s particularly well-suited for short-run jobs, prototypes, and on-demand projects where fast turnaround is essential.
One of the most exciting features for The Stickershop is the reel-to-cut sheet option. This allows them to take variable labels directly from a reel and cut them into pre-sized sheets—reducing manual labour and dramatically speeding up production.
This machine joins their existing Titanium 2516 flatbed cutter and the Titanium 330-R reel-to-reel cutter, creating a versatile end-to-end setup that covers everything from packaging and displays to labels of all shapes and sizes.
Smarter Design with JWPS Software
But hardware is only half the story. Alongside the new cutter, The Stickershop has also implemented JWPS design software. With its huge library of customisable box and packaging templates, the software makes it easy to design, adjust sizes, and preview in 3D before production even starts. Paired with the Titanium 0806, it ensures cutting precision and streamlines the design-to-production workflow.
Partnership in Action
Peter Flynn, Managing Director at IGS, summed it up perfectly:
“The three Titanium cutters—the 2516, the 330-R, and the new 0806—each serve a unique but complementary purpose. By also implementing the JWPS software, we’ve provided a complete end-to-end solution that enables them to handle a wide range of jobs with unmatched speed and accuracy.”
For The Stickershop, the investment has been transformative. Director Shane Pritchard shared:
“Our partnership with IGS has been instrumental in our growth. The complete solution has brought new levels of efficiency to our production line, particularly for short-run and variable label work. We’re excited to continue building on this success with IGS.”
See It in Action
If you’re heading to The Print Show at the NEC, Birmingham (22–24 September), make sure you stop by Stand P362, where IGS will be showcasing the Titanium 0806 alongside the Cobalt SP800 Single Pass Printer. It’s a great chance to see the technology up close and discover how it could transform your own production workflow.
